📦 Returns & Store Credit

* **Returns:** We accept returns for **Store Credit only**. We do not offer cash refunds or direct exchanges. * **Timeline:** You must contact us or initiate your return within **14 days** of your delivery date. * **Condition:** Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached. Jewelry and final sale items are not eligible for return.                                                                                    

Please include our Collections KB post card and the packing invoice and select the appropriate box for return.

Customer is responsible for return shipping, Collections KB is not responsible for any shipping  fees or lost/untraceable shipments.  We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers.

 Cancellation:

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.  This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors.  It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
