Shipping & Processing

Shipping:

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us to confirm that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved, billing, and delivery address is verified.  It will take 24-48 hours unless notified.  You may check and track  the delivery status of your order via the tracking number has been distributed.  Collections KB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Processing:

We accept payments via PAY PAL, VENMO, APPLE PAY, G PAY, AND ALL MAJOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

Once a package is shipped from our store it is out of our hands if a package is lost. Collections KB will not be held responsible.  You may check status in shipping.  If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Collections KB IS NOT  responsible.  This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.

If an item arrives damaged, please send an email containing a photo of the damaged item within 3 business days of the receipt to:

A customer service representative will assist further. A photo must be sent prior to returning to ensure a replacement item be sent out, otherwise store credit will be issued.
