* **Processing Time:** All orders are carefully packed and shipped out within 2–3 business days. 
* **Tracking Your Order:** Once your package leaves our boutique, you will receive an automatic email with your carrier tracking number so you can follow its journey.

We want your beautiful pieces to arrive safely! Please note that once a package is scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS), delivery is entirely in their hands. 

* COLLECTIONS KB is not financially liable for carrier delays, packages left out in the elements, or items marked "Delivered" that go missing. 
* Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once they have shipped.

**Need extra peace of mind?** We highly recommend adding our optional Shipping Insurance toggle at checkout to fully protect your order against transit loss or porch theft.
