Returns and Refunds:

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from stamped  date and shipment if the item is in original condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.  Collections KB is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments.  We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking service. 

All returns must be in its original condition with Collections KB tag attached.  All ite3ms must be NEW, UNWORN, UNWASHED, no visible signs o9f wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc.

All items accessories and Jewlery are FINAL SALE.

REFUNDS: Usually take about 5 to 10 business days to be credited to your account.
