📦 Returns & Store Credit
* **Returns:** We accept returns for **Store Credit only**. We do not offer cash refunds or direct exchanges.
* **Timeline:** You must contact us or initiate your return within **14 days** of your delivery date.
* **Condition:** Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached. Jewelry and final sale items are not eligible for return.
🚚 Shipping & Lost Packages
* **Processing:** Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
* **Package Safety:** Once a package leaves our facility, tracking is managed by the carrier. To protect your purchase against loss or theft, we highly recommend adding our optional Shipping Insurance toggle at checkout. COLLECTIONS KB is not liable for carrier delays or stolen packages once marked delivered.
